I founded this engineering firm after years of optimizing and creating for manufacturing. We are driven by a profound curiosity and dedication to excellence. I knew I needed to branch out on my own to bring my vision to life and help others do the same.
I spent over a decade building and optimizing additive manufacturing devices in my free time. When I finally decided to make it my full time job I enrolled and finished my bachelors degree at University of Massachusetts mechanical and industrial engineering program.
While there I honed my skills and help students and businesses alike build and optimize their own devices. Combining my additive manufacturing knowledge with my years of management experience I know offer consulting services while also building a next generation additive manufacturing devices we so excited to share in the coming months

Flynn Insight & Innovation LLC is an early-stage hardware startup developing advanced additive manufacturing systems for industrial and research use. We are currently prototyping our first fabrication platform, with a focus on improving flexibility, automation, and process integration in digital manufacturing.
